Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at Caddo Mills Middle School at 6:30pm.

Our meetings are open to the public.  Guest speakers are welcome to speak.  

To speak at a meeting, guests must sign up at least 3 days prior to our meetings to be placed on the agenda.

Speakers are given 3-5 mins to address the board.
